APO interview: Kelly Burdett

Following on from the interview with Adam Slaughter, Dejla Kadhim spoke to Kelly Burdett about her campaign to be re-elected as Activities and Participation officer.

Why do you want to stand for the position?

I have thoroughly enjoyed holding the position this year, and have worked hard to achieve what I have achieved in the role so far, and would like to have the chance to maintain and develop some of the changes that have been implemented.

Activities and Participation race down to two candidates

From four to two in 24 hours. Siyan Chen has withdrawn as a candidate for the activities and participation officer position, this leaves current officer Kelly Burdett and Adam Slaughter to fight it out for the role. Considering that last year’s race between four candidates came down to just four votes we expect this year’s to be just as tight.
